Ingredients: 

6 oz coconut water 

1/2 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries 

1/4 cup frozen mango 

1 ripe banana 

Optional: Chia seeds and strawberries as garnish 

 

Directions: 

Place the following ingredients in the blender. Blend until you reach a smooth consistency. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
